About Us
What We Do
We invest in mortgage servicing rights and mortgage credit through an integrated approach that combines sourcing, servicing oversight, and portfolio management. Our strategy is focused on identifying opportunities where structure, execution, and access to data drive differentiated outcomes.
We partner with originators, servicers, and operators to provide capital solutions that support their businesses while creating long-term value for our investors.
Our Approach
Our approach is grounded in specialization, integration, and alignment.
Specialization: We focus on sectors where complexity and operational intensity create barriers to entry and opportunities for differentiated returns.
Integration: Our platform connects sourcing, servicing, and capital markets, enabling us to identify relative value and actively manage performance.
Alignment: We structure investments and partnerships to align incentives across counterparties, investors, and operating partners.
We believe that consistent performance in mortgage investing is driven by execution, not just market direction.
Our Mission
Our mission is to build a leading platform for investing in mortgage servicing rights and mortgage credit. We aim to generate attractive, risk-adjusted returns by solving complex problems, operating with discipline, and maintaining long-term, trust-based relationships with our partners.
