Mirza Hodzic is Vice President of Servicing Oversight and Quality Control at Rice Park. He is responsible for the daily operations of servicing oversight and quality control testing.

Before joining Rice Park, Mirza was Director of Servicing Operations at Ditech. During that time, he was responsible for servicing operations, change management, internal and external audits, and issue management. Prior to Ditech, Mirza was the Servicing Compliance Officer at TIAA Bank, responsible for regulatory change management, risk assessments and Quality Control functions in mortgage servicing.

Mirza has also worked alongside the OCC during the initial servicing related consent orders. Mirza brings over 18 years’ experience in the mortgage servicing space.
