Blue Water Financial Technologies Forms Advisory Board

Blue Water Financial Technologies, a provider of technology enabled analytical solutions and advisory services to the mortgage industry, has formed an advisory board comprised of mortgage industry veterans Nick Smith, Jeff Hilligoss and Brad Farrell. Smith is the founder and CEO of Rice Park Capital (RPC) Management, a Minneapolis-based investment firm focused on technology enabled real estate and finance companies. He has an investing career spanning over 20 years at leading institutions.
